Ensure you have updated the firmware on your device before attempting to register
Connect the can filler to your home WIFI network by going into the Settings menu on the device and click on Connect to WiFi
On your smart phone or tablet, open your Wi-Fi settings and connect to the KegLand RAPT XXXX network and then enter the password that is on the screen of the RAPT Can and Bottle Filler
Once your smart phone or device is connected to the RAPT Can and Bottle Filler network, the Captive WiFi Portal will open automatically.
Select your WiFi network from the list of available networks, and enter the WiFi password for your network then select Join. This will connect your Can and Bottle Filler to your WiFi network.
Now that the device is connected to WiFi go into the Settings menu and click on Check for firmware updates to ensure you have the latest firmware build for the device
Once your Can and Bottle Filler is connected to your Wi-Fi network navigate to Register Device on your Can and Bottle Filler.
A Mac Address and Validation Code will then be displayed on the device. Write both of these down. You will need to enter the MAC address and Validation Code on the RAPT Portal to register your device.
Log in to the RAPT Portal (https://app.rapt.io/) on a device that is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Can and Bottle Filler you are registering.
In the RAPT Portal select Register Device. Select Can Filler from the drop down. Select Next after ensuring that your Can and Bottle Filler is connected to your WiFi network as above.
Enter the MAC address (this will default to All Caps - that is normal) and Validation Code when prompted in the required fields, then select Next.
You will be prompted to enter a name for your Can and Bottle Filler. This is to identify the device in the RAPT Portal, and does not have any functional effect. Input the desired name and select Finish
Congratulations! Your Can and Bottle Filler is connected to WiFi and registered to your RAPT Portal
