KB22681 Slimline Fill Tube Kit Installation Guide

A great addition to your Cannular Can and Bottle Filler to reduce displacement when filling tall bottles with long necks (wine bottles).

These slimline fill tubes reduce displacement by 30% without reducing the fill rate.

Cut the silicone and vinyl tubes at the top of the current fill tubes.

Simple pop out the 2 tube holding clips from the housing.

The gas line is pretty tight so submersing the end in a mug of hot water for 20 seconds will make it more pliable and easier to sure on.

The liquid line is silicone and much easier to slide over. You mayu want to sercure this with a clamp. These stepless ones are perfect for the job.

Push the new clips into the housing until you hear a click and then reattach the fill tubes.

Once the new fill tubes are in place it's a good idea to go through the calibration steps again to ensure everything is still in spec.
